2. Nature of Service

SpaPeep is a discovery directory that helps customers find spa and wellness businesses across India. We display listings submitted by or on behalf of business owners and connect interested customers to them via enquiry forms, call, and WhatsApp. SpaPeep is not the service provider for any spa, massage, or wellness treatment listed on the platform.

3. Business Listings

• Business owners are responsible for the accuracy of the information, pricing, and images submitted for their listing.
• SpaPeep reserves the right to review, edit, or remove any listing that violates these terms or is found to be misleading.
• Featured or promoted placement, where offered, does not constitute an endorsement of the quality of services provided by a listed business.

4. Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for verifying details, pricing, and suitability of a service directly with the business before visiting or booking. SpaPeep is not liable for disputes, service quality issues, or losses arising from interactions between customers and listed businesses.

5. Limitation of Liability

SpaPeep provides the platform on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SpaPeep shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.

6. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of SpaPeep after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
