1. Acceptance of these Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of spapeep.com and any related pages, forms and dashboards (together, the "Site"), operated by SpaPeep ("SpaPeep", "we", "us", "our").

By accessing or using the Site you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please stop using the Site.

2. What SpaPeep Is — and Is Not

SpaPeep is an independent directory. We publish information about spa, massage and wellness businesses in India so that people can find and contact them.

We are not:

  • affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to any business listed, unless expressly stated;
  • the owner, operator, employer or agent of any listed business;
  • a booking agent, payment processor, or party to any transaction between you and a business;
  • a provider of spa, massage, wellness, medical or therapeutic services of any kind.

Any appointment, payment, treatment or dispute is strictly between you and the business concerned. SpaPeep is not a party to it and accepts no responsibility for it.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract to use the Site. By using it you confirm that you meet these requirements.

4. Accuracy of Listings

Listing information is supplied by business owners or compiled from publicly available sources. Prices, timings, services, photographs, contact details and availability change frequently and may be out of date or incorrect.

We do not independently verify every listing and make no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, quality, legality, safety or suitability of any business or service listed. Always confirm details directly with the business before visiting or paying.

Inclusion in the directory is not a recommendation, endorsement, certification or guarantee of any kind.

5. Business Owners: Claim, Edit or Remove

If your business is listed on SpaPeep, you may at any time and free of charge:

  • Claim the listing and manage its content;
  • Correct outdated or inaccurate information;
  • Request removal of the listing entirely.

Contact us from an address or number associated with the business, identifying the listing. We action verified requests promptly.

If you submit or manage a listing, you confirm that you are authorised to do so, that the information is accurate, and that you own or have permission to use any images, names, logos and text you upload. You grant SpaPeep a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display that content on the Site and in related promotion, revocable on removal of the listing.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • use the Site for any unlawful purpose, or to solicit or advertise unlawful services;
  • post false, misleading, defamatory, obscene, hateful or harassing content;
  • post or request adult, sexual or otherwise unlawful services — such content is strictly prohibited and will be removed and reported;
  • submit fake, incentivised or artificially generated reviews, or reviews for a business you have not genuinely visited;
  • impersonate any person or business, or misrepresent your association with one;
  • scrape, crawl, harvest or bulk-copy listings, contact details or content without our written permission;
  • upload viruses or malicious code, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its accounts or its infrastructure;
  • interfere with the normal operation of the Site or place unreasonable load on it.

We may remove content and restrict or terminate access for any breach, without notice.

7. Reviews and User Content

Reviews must reflect a genuine, first-hand experience of the business you are reviewing. We prohibit reviews that are paid for, incentivised, written by the business about itself, written by a competitor, or generated artificially.

You are solely responsible for content you post and confirm it is truthful and lawful. By posting, you grant SpaPeep a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to display, reproduce and distribute that content on the Site.

We may moderate, edit for formatting, decline to publish, or remove any review at our discretion — in particular where it appears fake, abusive, defamatory, off-topic or in breach of these Terms. We are not obliged to publish or retain any submission.

If you believe a review about your business is false or breaches these Terms, contact us with details and we will review it.

8. Health and Wellness Disclaimer

Content on the Site, including articles and guides, is general information about spa and wellness services. It is not medical advice, and it is not a substitute for consultation with a qualified doctor or healthcare professional.

Massage and spa treatments are not suitable for everyone. If you are pregnant, recovering from injury or surgery, or have any medical condition, consult a doctor before booking a treatment, and tell the business about your condition. Never disregard or delay professional medical advice because of something you read on the Site.

9. Advertising and Sponsored Placement

The Site displays third-party advertisements, including advertisements served by Google. Advertisements are selected automatically and their appearance does not imply endorsement by SpaPeep of the advertiser, product or service.

Some listings may be promoted, featured or ranked more prominently under a commercial arrangement. Where placement is paid, prominence is not a statement about quality. We may earn revenue from advertising and from business listing services.

10. Intellectual Property

The SpaPeep name, logo, Site design, original text, structure and software are owned by SpaPeep or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, republish or create derivative works from them without our written permission.

Business names, logos and trade marks appearing on the Site belong to their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only. Their appearance does not imply any affiliation or endorsement.

If you believe content on the Site infringes your rights, contact us with details of the material and your rights in it, and we will investigate.

11. Third-Party Links and Services

The Site links to external websites, maps, messaging and calling services. We do not control them, do not endorse them, and are not responsible for their content, availability, practices or any loss arising from your use of them.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SpaPeep disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including any warranty of accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free, or that any listing information is accurate or current.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SpaPeep and its directors, employees and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from or connected with:

  • your use of, or inability to use, the Site;
  • any dealing, appointment, treatment, payment or dispute between you and a listed business;
  • the conduct, acts or omissions of any listed business or its staff;
  • reliance on any listing information, review or article on the Site;
  • unauthorised access to or alteration of your data.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

14. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SpaPeep and its officers, employees and agents from any claim, demand, loss, liability or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Site, your content, or your breach of these Terms or of any law or third-party right.

15. Suspension and Termination

We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Site, and may restrict or terminate your access, at any time and without notice, including where we believe these Terms have been breached. You may stop using the Site at any time.

16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to the grievance process below, the courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site.

Before starting any formal proceeding, please contact us so we can try to resolve the matter directly.

We acknowledge complaints within 24 hours and aim to resolve them within 15 days of receipt.

18. Changes and Contact

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date shows the latest revision. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the revised Terms. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in force.
